Wilderness First Responder Recertification

Keep your certification current and practice skills

Wilderness First Responder Recertification Courses

Traditional WFR Refresher

Three Days In-Person

It has been a while since you have splinted a leg and the time has come to sharpen those skills. Whether you have received your WFR certification through Creeks to Peaks or from another company we can bring you back up to speed and recertify you as a Wilderness First Responder. The WFR refresher days are split between reviewing core wilderness medicine concepts and practicing hands-on skills.

Hybrid WFR Recertification

Online Learning + Two Days in Person

The Hybrid Wilderness First Responder Recertification course builds your foundation of the curriculum through online modules before meeting in person to practice those rusty practical skills.

This course is best for those with a limited schedule who still need a WFR recertification.

Pete is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and fun instructor. He really knows his stuff! I left the course feeling informed and excited about what I’d learned. He’s open to questions, is a flexible leader, and treats his students with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!
